How do I order from your website ?
At the present time our website is for information only, orders can be e-mailed or telephoned, or using the contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheques and payment via paypal. Paypal details available on request.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, you do as items are personalised to order and we are therefore unable to re-sell them if payment is not received.
How long will my order take?
Items are normally personalised and despatched within 5 working days. Stock items such as bibs, which are not personalised, are usually despatched within 48hours (not including weekends).
How will I know my order has been sent out?
We will send you an e-mail advising you that your order has been posted.
Can I change my mind and have a refund once I have placed the order?
No, once payment has been received there are no refunds, unless we have made an error.
What if the name is miss-spelt?
Items will only be re-embroidered if we have made an error. It is therefore important that you double check all spelling before making an order.
Can my item be sent straight to the recipient on my behalf?
Yes of course, e-mail or phone your requirements.

Royal mail 1st class service Mainland UK only.

Large blanket - £3.00
Hooded towel - £2.50
Comforter - £1.50
Delivery of baskets will be by Royal Mail Parcel Service which takes 3-5 days.
Gift basket option 1 - £6.50
2 - £8.00
3 - £8.50
4 - £10.00
5 - £12.00
